With roots in the Bronx, NY, Edward’s path to leadership began long before stepping into supply chain operations or consulting. With over 25 years of experience in the supply chain industry including nearly 15 years at Dick’s Sporting Goods and a decade of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force his journey has been defined by leading with integrity, learning through experience, and helping others develop.

Leadership roles spanned multiple high-volume distribution centers, where operational excellence wasn’t just a goal it was a necessity. These experiences revealed not only what drives efficiency and performance, but also the common pitfalls that hold teams back. That insight now fuels EBJ Consultant Group, a firm founded by Edward to empower others to streamline operations, strengthen teams, and foster impactful leadership at every level.

Early lessons in the workplace underscored the importance of building strong relationships. Collaboration wasn’t just encouraged it was essential.
